Cancellations

 

Consumers (pursuant to Section 13 of the German Civil Code - BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing goods online, in accordance with the following instructions.

 

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. You may only return new, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (you). A full refund, including return shipping costs, will only be issued if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

1.Please note: The following applies: Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 BGB: We  are not permitted to take back any opened products.

Please note that in accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 BGB, the exchange and/or return of hygiene products is only permitted in their unopened original packaging. This statutory provision serves to protect the health of our customers and is strictly enforced. Opened packages or used products will therefore not be accepted for return. An exchange is only possible if the packaging is unopened and undamaged. These measures are necessary to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products and to protect the health of all parties involved.  
If the returned item is opened, we will dispose of it without prior notice.
