Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. You can only return new, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (you). A full refund, including return shipping costs, will only be issued if the return is due to our error (z.B. You received an incorrect or defective item).

2. The refund will be processed after the goods receipt has been approved by our warehouse.

If the item is opened, it will be disposed of without prior notice.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 4.After the withdrawal period has expired, we charge a cancellation fee of 20% for unpacked and sealed electronic devices.

5. An exchange is only valid for unopened items.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (additional costs such as packaging, export, and import tax), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For goods that can normally be returned by post, the following applies:
