The Trilogy Evo offers advanced multifunctionality for the therapy of chronically ill and intensive care patients in various care environments, z.B. in subacute settings or a care environment for chronic conditions, at home with the patient or on the go. The ventilator is designed to be particularly robust, so it is not damaged during medical transports, for example.

Long-lasting battery

Patients dependent on a ventilator are supported with an internal and a removable battery (battery life up to 15 hours). Compared to the operating time of the Trilogy 100 of six hours, the Trilogy Evo offers patients significantly more freedom and mobility. The device can be attached with a comfortable carrying case on a device cart or wheelchair.

Flexibly adaptable to changing patient needs

The Trilogy Evo offers non-invasive and invasive ventilation with higher sensitivity for adults and children.Pressure and volume-controlled ventilation modes, AVAPS-AE, monitoring of SpO2 and EtCO2, and alarms for each parameter allow for customizable care. Thanks to flexible tubing systems, the device is suitable for a wide range of patients.

Easy access to data

The Trilogy Evo sends you patient and device data via Bluetooth through Care Orchestrator, a cloud-based system from Philips. This solution integrates all the technologies, resources, people, and information required for managing patients with respiratory issues. With Care Orchestrator, individual therapy specifications can be created based on the respective best practices and processes. The data can also be downloaded to a USB storage device at the point of care.

Intuitive Operation

With Trilogy Evo and its user-friendly navigation, prescriptions can be created quickly. New features simplify operation for caregivers and patients, including a 8"-touchscreen (20.32 cm diagonal) with user-friendly views for easy configuration and adjustment of settings. New operating aids and alarm notifications are available, as well as self-explanatory labels for most ventilation modes.

The latest Trilogy ventilator impresses with improved user-friendliness, without neglecting the advanced features of the innovative technology of the Trilogy device family. Options for monitoring SpO2, EtCO2, and modern ventilation mechanics support optimized patient therapy.

Adjustment with every breath

Proven innovations meet the various requirements of respiratory insufficiency.With pressure support with secured average tidal volume ("AVAPS"), the desired tidal volume is automatically achieved, while "Auto EPAP" proactively establishes the lowest effective pressure for the upper airways. The "Auto Back-up Rate" function delays machine ventilation until the patient exhales - for more patient comfort.

Demand-Responsive Ventilation

With mouthpiece ventilation, no inspiratory effort from the patient is required to trigger ventilation. The unique kiss® trigger detects when the patient applies or removes the mouthpiece. Patient alarms provide additional safety.

Optimized Sensitivity

The Digital Auto-Trak algorithm provides automatic breath triggering and automatically adjusts ventilation to the patient's natural breathing while compensating for leaks. The function supports synchronization between patient and ventilator as well as patient comfort without manual settings.

Low Operating Costs

Support, service, and maintenance services for Trilogy Evo include clinical support, training resources for you and your patients, as well as extended warranty and maintenance plans.The maintenance prescribed by Philips is only required every four years for Trilogy Evo (observe local laws/regulations); calibration is possible with minimal device use.
