Philips Trilogy Evo - Mobile and multi-sector ventilators
From in-hospital to out-of-hospital care or from out-of-hospital care at home to hospital—transitions in ventilation therapy can be challenging.
The Trilogy Evo ventilator platform helps meet these challenges and facilitates the transfer of patients to different care settings.

characteristics
For use in various utility environments
The Trilogy Evo offers extended multifunctionality for the therapy of chronically ill and intensive care patients in different care environments, eg in the sub-acute area or a care environment for chronic diseases, at the patient's home or on the go. The ventilator is designed to be particularly robust so that it is not damaged during medical transport, for example.
Battery with a long service life
Patients dependent on a ventilator are supported with an internal battery and a removable battery (battery life up to 15 hours). Compared to the Trilogy 100's six hours of use, the Trilogy Evo offers patients far more freedom and mobility. The device can be attached to a trolley or a wheelchair with a comfortable carrying case.
Flexibly adaptable to changing patient needs
The Trilogy Evo offers non-invasive and invasive ventilation with higher sensitivity for adults and children. Pressure and volume controlled ventilation modes, AVAPS-AE, monitoring of SpO2 and EtCO2 and alarms for each parameter enable individually adjustable care. Thanks to flexible hose systems, the device is suitable for a wide variety of patients.
Easy access to data
The Trilogy Evo sends you patient and device data via Bluetooth via Care Orchestrator, a cloud-based system from Philips. This solution brings together all the technology, resources, people and information needed to manage patients with respiratory distress. With Care Orchestrator, individual therapy specifications can be created on the basis of the respective proven procedures and processes (best practices). The data can also be downloaded to a USB storage medium at the point of care.
intuitive operation
Prescriptions can be created quickly with Trilogy Evo and its user-friendly navigation. New features simplify operation for caregivers and patients, including an 8" (20.32 cm diagonal) touchscreen with user-friendly views for easy configuration and adjustment of settings. New prompts and alarms are available, as well as self-explanatory labels for most ventilation modes .
Reliability of the proven Trilogy platform
The latest Trilogy ventilator offers improved usability without neglecting the advanced features of the innovative technology of the Trilogy family of devices. Options for monitoring SpO2, EtCO2 and modern ventilation mechanics support optimized patient therapy.
Adaptation with every breath
Proven innovations meet the diverse needs of respiratory failure. Pressure Support with Assured Average Ventilation (“AVAPS”) automatically achieves the desired tidal volume, while “Auto EPAP” proactively establishes the lowest effective upper airway pressure. Auto Back-up Rate feature delays mechanical ventilation until patient exhales for patient comfort.
Needs-based ventilation
Mouthpiece ventilation does not require patient inhalation effort to trigger ventilation. The unique kiss® trigger recognizes when the patient puts the mouthpiece on or takes it off. Patient alarms provide additional security.
Optimized sensitivity
The Digital Auto-Trak algorithm provides an automatic breath trigger and automatically adjusts ventilation to the patient's natural breathing while compensating for leaks. The feature supports patient-ventilator synchronization and patient comfort without manual adjustments.
Low running costs
Trilogy Evo support, service and maintenance includes clinical support, educational resources for you and your patients, and extended warranty and maintenance plans. Trilogy Evo only requires Philips-mandated maintenance every four years (refer to local laws/guidelines); calibration is possible with minimal use of equipment.
