Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases as detailed below:
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. Returns are only accepted for new, unopened, and undamaged items within this period. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (you). A full refund, including return shipping costs, will only be issued if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
1. Important Notice (§ 312g Para. 2 No. 3 BGB):
We are not permitted to accept returns of opened products.
Please note that, in accordance with § 312g Para. 2 No. 3 BGB, the return or exchange of hygiene products is only allowed if the original packaging remains unopened. This legal requirement ensures the safety and health of our customers and is strictly enforced. Opened packages or used products are not eligible for return. Exchanges are only possible for unopened and undamaged packaging.
If the item is opened, we will dispose of it without prior notice.
IMPORTANT: This policy complies with § 312g Para. 2 No. 3 BGB.
2. Refunds will be processed after the returned goods are approved by our warehouse.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
4. For unsealed and opened electronic devices returned after the withdrawal period, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
5. Exchanges are only valid for unopened items.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Masistes GmbH, Rudolf-Diesel-Str. 32, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany, email: service@careshoppro.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (additional charges such as packaging, export, and import taxes), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
For goods that can be returned by mail:
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
There are legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal (§ 312g BGB), and we reserve the right to invoke the following:
• No right of withdrawal for contracts involving the supply of goods not prefabricated and produced according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• No right of withdrawal for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
Additionally, under § 357 Para. 7 No. 1 BGB, you must compensate us for any depreciation in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
